How the Time Calculation Works

Suppose a concrete mixer needs to lift 720,000 joules of material and can maintain 600 watts of mechanical output. Time = 720,000 J ÷ 600 W = 1,200 seconds. That equals 20 minutes or about 0.33 hours, so planning a half-hour slot for this job would cover setup and brief pauses.
